Deleting your data

You can ask us to delete your account and personal details at any time. This page explains how, and is honest about the one thing we cannot delete.

How to ask

There is no button for this yet — a person handles each request, so just tell us:

  • Email us from the address you used with us, with "delete my data" in the subject.
  • Or message us on WhatsApp.

Asking from the address or number we already have on file is what lets us be sure it is really you. If you cannot, we will ask you something only you would know about a past order rather than delete on the word of whoever sent the message.

We will confirm once it is done, normally within 30 days

What gets deleted

  • Your sign-in itself — you will no longer be able to log in.
  • Your customer record: name, email, phone, contact preferences.
  • Every delivery address you saved.
  • If you signed in with Google or Facebook, the link between that account and this shop.

Deleting your account here does not touch your Google or Facebook account itself. To remove this shop's access from Facebook's side, use Settings, then Apps and Websites, on Facebook.

What we have to keep, and why

Completed orders are business records, so the order itself stays: what was bought, what it cost, and the name, email and phone number given at checkout. That is the same information on the receipt, and we are required to be able to produce it. The record stops being linked to any account once yours is gone, so it no longer appears to anybody signing in.

The same applies to custom print requests you sent us, and to WhatsApp conversations, which are tied to your phone number rather than to an account.

If you want the contact details scrubbed from old order records too, ask. We will do it wherever we are not required to keep them, and tell you plainly where we cannot.

Design files

If you sent us an STL or a photo of a drawing, say so in your request and we will delete the file as well. We do not reuse or resell customer designs.

This is also how you withdraw consent

Under Singapore's PDPA you may withdraw consent for us to use your personal data at any time, and deleting your account is the most complete way to do it. Your other rights — asking for a copy of what we hold, or asking us to correct it — are described in our privacy policy.
